Daniel Orrantia ist ein kolumbianischer Improvisationsschauspieler, der für seine Arbeit mit Elementen aus Performance und bildender Kunst bekannt ist.
Er ist der Gründer und Leiter der Theatergruppe PICNIC in Kolumbien / Bogotá und des internationalen Festivals MonkeyFest.
Er reist mit einer ununterbrochenen Reihe von Shows und Workshops um die Welt und begeistert das Publikum in Amerika, Europa und dem Nahen Osten.
Zu seinen verschiedenen Spezialgebieten gehören Maske, exzentrische Performance, physisches Theater, Meisner, Clown, Bouffon, interaktive Performance, Melodrama, Phonetik und Improvisation.
Zurzeit arbeite ich mit Daniel noch an dem endgültigen Workshop-Konzept für die etwa 15 Stunden, die er in Düsseldorf Improvisation unterrichten wird.
Der Workshop wird auf Englisch sein und bei Bedarf übersetzt

Daniel Orrantia is a Colombian improv actor known for his work with elements of performance and visual art.
He is the founder and director of the theatre company PICNIC in Colombia / Bogotá and the international festival MonkeyFest.
He travels the world with an uninterrupted series of shows and workshops, delighting audiences in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.
His various specialities include mask, eccentric performance, physical theatre, Meisner, clown, bouffon, interactive performance, melodrama, phonetics and improvisation.
I am currently still working with Daniel on the final workshop concept for the 15 or so hours he will be teaching improvisation in Düsseldorf.
